1 - Specific tasks:
  • Overseeing various aspects of recruitment, employment, staffing, and transfer,
  • Managing employees payroll, benefits, welfare, and complaints,
  • Ensuring discipline and compliance with regulations at work,
  • Preparing employee records, salaries, and payment.

  • Planning, organizing, and conducting, and supervising all the administrative and personnel issues of the company.
